Managing Director
A detail-orientated Managing Director, Mark has oversight of all departments at AV Connections. As well as ensuring all parts of the company run in synergetic unison, he also operates as our Lead Consultant and system designer.
Mark has a tireless work ethic and he is motivated by the desire to provide a second-to-none customer service experience for our clients and partners. Using his foundational experiences in engineering, project management, CAD design and central system programming, Mark has gone on to run successful AV companies for over two decades, including the last 14 years as the founder of AV Connections.
General Manager
An energetic and creative force, Emily is a results-driven General Manager who utilises passion and strategic awareness to push the company forward. Responsible for the day-to-day business functions at AVC, she ensures synchronicity between departments and effective and efficient management of ongoing and future workflow. Hardworking, confident and engaging, Emily is dedicated to ensuring an unrivalled level of care for our customers.
With a comprehensive background in commercial management in entertainment (Global Media) and the sporting sector (Premier League Brighton FC; Southampton FC) she brings flair, dynamism, innovative thinking, and a history of successful long-term relationship building to AVC.
Technical Operations Manager
A highly-proficient technical expert and engineer, Nick is our roving Technical Operations Manager. With responsibility for schematics and elevations, he ensures the smooth transition of our projects from design to implementation.
With his gregarious outlook and tireless commitment to excellence, Nick ensures our engineers are delivering on specification and on time. With a storied career in innovation, broadcasting and AV, as well as being a Chartered Engineer and Prince 2 qualified, he brings a wealth of experience and problem-solving ingenuity to our Technical Department.
Accounts & Project Coordinator
With a keen attention to detail, Nicole is our Accounts and Project Coordinator. Enthusiastic and conscientious, she is on hand to ensure that finance and procurement proceed efficiently; additionally, she is deeply involved with all aspects of project coordination and takes great pride in seeing projects through from inception to completion. With an energetic persona, a multi-faceted skillset and a strong desire to achieve optimal results for AVC,
Nicole is a key contributor to the smooth running of our business. With 15 years’ experience in administration and bookkeeping across a variety of sectors, she brings dedication and a wide range of competencies to the company.
Head of Accounts
A precision-orientated and highly-organised Head of Accounts, Jo has oversight of all financial matters within the company. As well as managing all pecuniary and economic aspects of AVC, she also heads up our ISO compliance.
With a commitment to meticulous and timely practice, Jo ensures the smooth and efficient flow of all monetary aspects between ourselves and our customers. With 20 years’ experience running all facets of her own company, and a background in the RAF, Jo brings integrity and accomplishment to our Accounting department.
