The Brief
AVC were asked to install an up to date, high specification, flexible AV solution into the many meeting rooms, conference rooms and collaboration spaces, as well as the main boardrooms, at Korn Ferry’s prestigious Ryder Court offices in London.
The installation needed to be discreet and sympathetic to the building’s prestigious design. The work also needed to be conducted around the ongoing operations of the company causing minimum disruption.
The Solution
Large Interactive and commercial displays were installed throughout the rooms with a giant 98” interactive screen being installed in the 4th floor conference and board room space. This space also features 65” repeater displays, each pair set up as a dual display to show presenter camera and content view as standard. The “Vanni Treeves” meeting room was also equipped with a dual screen system.
All the rooms were fitted with Beamforming Ceiling Microphones to allow audio fencing and a mixture of pendant and concealed ceiling speakers for downward audio projection. The smaller meeting rooms were equipped with Sound Bars with Camera Speakers. Auto Frame & Track Cameras were installed in the other areas. The conference room, which can be divided into two separate board rooms or opened up for larger events, was fitted with 2 x 90⁰ lens, 30 x Digital Zoom, 4K Auto Frame & Track NDI Camera (Front & Rear facing) and a handheld and lapel presenter microphone system for when the room is opened up. The area was supplied with additional wall speakers for directional sound as needed.
BYOM connectivity was installed throughout all the meeting areas providing quick and simple connectivity both on site and remotely, and each room was also fitted with an intuitive and user friendly, bespoke touch screen control panel.
The Result
The offices now feature high end, user friendly, pre-set presentation and collaboration systems accommodating Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) systems including Zoom and Teams connectivity. In each case full room control is provided via a Native Base, bespoke, touch screen system providing easy control of displays, connection set ups and sound levels. Audio feeds and camera zoom levels can all be independently selected and controlled. Specific custom setups can be saved and recalled at any time with a simple button touch. The main
conference room is now an adaptable meeting space transforming from two well equipped board rooms into a large flexible townhall style conference space.

The prestigious offices now boast highly connected meeting spaces worthy of Korn Ferry’s international pedigree and able to handle any devices or systems needed. Remote connections can be accommodated with ease.
Simple pre-set options mean new users and connections can be quickly and easily embraced, and with individual control of sound and camera settings any situation can be easily accommodated.
